Signing in, profile, and security.
Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page. The reset email is sent from [email protected] and is valid for one hour.
Open Settings, then Security. We support authenticator apps and hardware keys. Recovery codes are generated once and shown only at setup time.
Account closure is permanent and removes your data within thirty days. Open a request from the contact form so we can confirm the email on file.
Plans, invoices, and refunds.
Plan changes apply at the next billing cycle. Upgrades are pro-rated from the day of the change.
Invoices are available under Settings, then Billing. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
We refund any plan within seven days of the first charge, no questions asked. Reach out from the contact form to request one.
Quotes, charts, and historical coverage.
Free plans see fifteen-minute delayed US equity quotes. Paid plans get real-time consolidated quotes during exchange hours.
We backfill history within twenty-four hours of a symbol becoming tradable. Until then, the chart may show only the current session.
Try the company name in the search box. If the symbol still does not appear, send the ticker and exchange code and we will check coverage.
How the prediction engine works.
It is the calibrated probability the model assigns to the predicted direction over the chosen horizon. Calibration is checked daily against rolling outcomes.
Free includes ten predictions per month so you can evaluate output quality without committing. Paid plans lift the limit.
Open the prediction page and use the history view. Each entry exposes the input features and the realised outcome.
Tokens, rate limits, and SDKs.
Tokens are generated from Settings, then Developer. Each token can be scoped to read or read-write and rotated on demand.
Free is sixty requests per minute. Student and Pro raise the ceiling. Enterprise sets a custom quota.
Cache responses where it makes sense, watch the rate-limit headers, and avoid polling endpoints we provide webhooks for.
Most replies come back within a business day. Enterprise customers have a dedicated channel with a tighter response time.
